Position Overview
Selah Counseling Collective is seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Professional Counselor – Mental Health Service Provider (LPC-MHSP) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing private practice. This is a contracted position ideal for clinicians who want the autonomy of private practice with the support of an established group.

Clinicians will provide high-quality counseling services to individuals, couples, and/or families while benefiting from administrative support, insurance credentialing, and professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient counseling services to clients in a professional and ethical manner
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress
  • Communicate effectively with clients and maintain professional boundaries
  • Maintain active licensure and comply with all ethical and legal requirements

Qualifications

  • Active Tennessee license as LPC-MHSP or LCSW
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related mental health field
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive practice community
  • Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
  • Experience with evidence-based treatment approaches preferred
